Sales Manager

Job requirement:
We are seeking a candidate with current experience in a luxury hotel/resort. The qualified candidate possesses strong selling philosophies, has a high degree of independent judgement and discretion on decision making, and has the ability to solicit group travel.
Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate:
– Solid communication, organization, time management and leadership skills
– Strong negotiation and presentation skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Strong interpersonal and team player skills
– Highest level of integrity and work ethic

Guest Relations Officer
  • Good speaking and writing English skills

  • Bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant field preferred.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office

Job summary:

– Demonstrate the highest level of hospitality and professionalism as an ambassador for Norfolk Mansion. Constantly, displaying a great sense of integrity and conveying to guest a sense of knowledge and assurance.
– Handle and follow up with guest concerns and complaints and report directly to line manager in daily basis to make change and amend the service procedure as needed.
– Deliver outstanding customer care at all times. Management of long-term arrivals.
– Attend promptly to customer’s inquiries and assist them with their needs. When it comes to complaints, provide solution to guests’ issues or concerns. Ensure all customer queries or requests are handled in a polite, efficient and courteous manner.
– Maintain self and environment in all areas ensuring highest standards of presentation at all times.

Director of Sales

Job summary:

The DOS is responsible for directing, coordinating, training and supervising the NM & NH Sales team of Senior/Sales Managers/Executives/Coordinators (Accommodation and Wining/Dining/Catering), Reservations (NM only) team, and Sales & Marketing Secretary (*) in all sales-related activities, including direct sales efforts, follow-up and proper sales administration. He/she is also responsible for growing existing accounts and generating new business to ensure that Accommodation/ Wining/ Dining/ Catering revenue meet or exceed budget in order to maximize revenue and profits, and to improve Norfolk Mansion (NM) and Norfolk Hotel’s NH) (performance in the marketplace.

(*) Sales & Marketing Secretary will report to GM for Sales and Business Development Manager, Norfolk Group (BDM) for Marketing related areas, however DOS to have day to day interaction and provide direction on Sales related requests.
